we first met Darren in April2008 when we was first looking to buy in Spain.Darren was extremely helpfull in finding us a home he organised a Spanish lawer,all matters regarding getting our NIEno's in fact nothing was too much trouble for him in guiding us through the Spanish house buying system.Unfortunately this purchase fell through because our English house sale fell through.We stayed in touch with Darren throughout 2008 and in 2009 he found us our ideal home in which we now live,again nothing was to much trouble for him,anything we wanted to know he told us and if he did not know he went out of his way to get us the answer.He also helped us arrange our Spanish bank account.We would 100% recomend Darren to anybody wishing to purchase a property in Spain.Many thanks Darren for all the hard work you did on our behalf and i know you will always be a friend and aquaintance for many years to come. Darren, We would like to add our thanks for the incredible hard work you have put in to enable us to sell our property. You did in fact, get three buyers for us and if it wasn't for the Spanish bureaucracy the house would have been sold a year ago. Only due to your tireless efforts and running around applying pressure wherever you could, did we eventually achieve success. We are certain that we would not have got this level of service from any other source. Once again, our gratefull thanks.

I would like to express how highly Irene and I regard your work ethic.Without your constant chasing around and badgering people,(including me!),I dont think we would ever have got to the stage of selling our Apartment in the current housing slump.You certainly got the bit between the teeth,and ran with it.Our previous Agent couldnt get within a mile of you.We were particularly impressed,with the way you managed to track down our Cedula (without which we would have been unable to sell the property),and arrange for a copy to be obtained.You are certainly a wizard in our eyes,and I would not hesitate a second in recommending you to anyone who wishes a thoroughly honest and efficient service.

I bought my house through Darren,and apart from him being a Man Utd supporter he is a great bloke!I found him helpful and friendly,he took me through the whole buying process,firsty showing me properties in my budget,coming with me to the Notary,setting up all my Direct Debit bills,he always went that extra mile for me.I would recommend him to anybody interested in buying or selling.

If you are thinking of buying property in Spain i can not recommend Darren high enough,you will get nothing but honest and helpful advice.We were in Spain on the 19th to the 25th of this month and seen many reps, Darren is the only one that i could honestly recommend,there was no pressure at any time with him just good honest sound advice.
