Darren Gaskin really spoilt my holiday plans for spring 2010!Now let me explain how.On the 25 of November 2009 I met with Darren and agreed to put my property on the market with him(knowing it would take possibly months to sell! and I would be able to still enjoy it during the following spring.On the 26th of November 2009 Darren called me to say he would like to bring someone to view the property on the 27th of November.How fast was that?On the 28th of November I returned to the UK for a few days and came back to Spain on the 7th of December.The following day the 8th Darren returned with the same people for a 2nd viewing and they agreed to buy the property!!!Completion was set for the 18th of December but there was a small hiccup re a money transfer so completion took place on the 8th of January 2010.At all times Darren kept in touch with all the latest information,nothing was too much trouble.So if you want to sell I recommend that you use DARREN GASKIN and BLUE LAGOON CASAS because he was brilliant!!
